Off to Edinburgh!

Since the founding of FEFI (Fédération Européenne de la Formule Invitations) ten years ago, it has become a cherished tradition for the network's members to invite each other to their home countries. This time, Brit Stops hosted the meeting in Edinburgh, Scotland. Almost all ten European host-host concepts were represented, from Norway to Spain.

The goal of these regular gatherings is to share experiences and learn from one another. While most concepts now operate digitally via an app, France Passion in France and Espana Discovery in Spain still publish printed guides.

Just as Landvergnügen now covers Austria, Germany, and Switzerland, Sweden and Norway have joined forces under the Nortrip brand. The opportunities and challenges of cross-border concepts were an important topic of discussion.

In addition to professional exchange, there was plenty of enjoyment and culture. The program included a guided tour of Edinburgh Castle, an excellent whisky tasting, and shared meals in outstanding restaurants. A particular highlight was wandering through the narrow alleys of the Old Town, which felt like stepping into a Harry Potter film set.

Our takeaway: International exchange in such such a professional network is always enriching. We are already looking forward to the next meeting.
